How To Change Beliefs
First thing to change belief is to change how you're thinking about beliefs and reality. The natural flexibilities.
Belief is a thought that you keep thinking, so much so that it creates very strong frequency in the universe.
Belief backed-up of thoughts, which is backed-up by confidence, faith, trust, and acceptance.
Beliefs can and should be change, if they are set benefits to you.
The only beliefs which we should be holding, and maintaining in our life are the beliefs that have benefits to us. Especially because in order to manifest things to our reality, the frequency of our beliefs and desires must be an exact match.
First step of changing beliefs :
- Identify what that belief is.
- (Root belief, Core belief.)
Second :
- Examine the beliefs which you held
Third : Determine the emotion that holding you to the belief.
- Decrease the emotional
- Look at the facts
- Change beliefs
Forth :
- Replace with new evidence
- Re-flaming the evidence and beliefs to good
Fifth :
- Look for the new evidence or proof to back-up the beliefs.
Six :
- Use affirmation correctly.
